An eNeo Digital Resort project consists of several parts that involve coordination with the real-estate developer to include these services simply and effectively in the construction process of the residences.
Depending upon the customer’s profile, those services most valued by the customer will be chosen (security, comfort, leisure, etc.)
Services offered to the developer during construction of the residences.
Sales and Marketing Support
This includes joining the developer’s sales network to provide sales pitches for the residences, marketing materials, such as catalogues, joint participation in fairs, writing press releases, etc.
Construction Management
Co-ordinating from the pre-project phase to minimize the impact on construction processes. This part includes co-ordinating with the engineers to complete the digital pre-installation of all the cabling requirements, as well as the installation of the eNeo Digital Resort devices, their configuration and starting up the services in each residence.
