The ^Techfoundries Group was created in December of 2000. It is headed by Juan Soto Serrano, ex-president of Hewlett Packard Spain, France and Portugal. Eudald Domènech, a well-known shareholder, is the Chief Executive Officer. José Luis Tapia and Diego Piñero are the two Executive Vice Presidents of the group: Finance and Sales and Marketing, respectively. Antoni Fitó manages the group’s legal affairs.

Its subsidiaries include InOut TV, the platform of the group for the development and operation of digital services in multi-channel television markets; eNeo Labs, dedicated to the development of the “connected home”; and Mediaxpress, online video rental, digital rights manager and content distributor.
